At Sii Group Colombia, a French multinational specialized in technology consulting and digital transformation, we are currently looking for a IT Business Manager with solid experience in business development within the technology sector. We are seeking a professional with a deep understanding of the IT market, proven experience in Staff Augmentation and Software Factory models, and the ability to lead the full commercial cycle in highly technical consultative environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead business development strategies focused on technology consulting services. • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing. • Drive the sale and closure of technology consulting services and IT talent solutions. • Develop new accounts (hunting) and grow existing ones (farming). • Build technical-commercial proposals aligned with technology profiles (QA, DevOps, Data, Backend, SAP, Architecture, etc.). • Manage margins, profitability, and commercial forecasting. • Work strategically with the recruitment team to ensure delivery timelines, SLA compliance, and business sustainability.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT consulting firms, technology staffing, or software factory environments. • Proven experience selling and closing technology consulting services and IT talent solutions. • Strong understanding of technology roles and ecosystems (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, SAP, Cloud, Architecture, etc.). • Demonstrated experience in both hunting and farming within the IT sector. • Experience managing B2B corporate accounts. • Experience negotiating margins and commercial billing structures.
