Bi Analyst

The BI Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across commercial and operational teams. This role serves as a key reporting and analytics partner, transforming complex business questions into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting layers, and data models. The BI Specialist works with data from CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms to provide accurate, scalable, and reliable reporting that supports revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer retention, and strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, translating stakeholder requirements into analytical solutions, developing and supporting ETL/ELT processes, validating data accuracy, automating recurring reporting workflows, and ensuring consistency across reporting environments. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to scope reporting needs, define KPIs, deliver actionable insights, and support business-critical decision-making. The BI Specialist is also responsible for maintaining reporting frameworks, improving data governance practices, identifying process improvement opportunities, and delivering regular business performance reporting used by operational teams and leadership.

Required Qualifications Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, Revenue Operations Analytics, or similar reporting-focused roles. Strong SQL skills, including complex query writing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipeline development. Hands-on experience working with CRM data and commercial reporting environments. Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Ability to translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into scalable analytical solutions. Understanding of revenue operations, pipeline management, retention metrics, and subscription-based business performance indicators. Strong attention to data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with dbt and analytics engineering frameworks. Familiarity with cloud data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. Python experience for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics. Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows. Experience developing customer health, churn, retention, or predictive analytics models. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
