At OGS Colombia, we are looking for an Associate Director, Product Design to join dotdotdash, leading product design strategy and execution across a portfolio of high-profile clients and complex digital products.
We are seeking a seasoned design leader who combines strategic thinking, exceptional UX/UI craft, and hands-on product design expertise with the ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams and build trusted client partnerships. The ideal candidate can translate complex business and user needs into intuitive, scalable digital experiences while driving design excellence across user experience, visual design, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems.
Key requirements:
10+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, and/or UX/UI design, particularly for complex, multi-platform digital products and large-scale brands.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional digital product design, strategic problem-solving, and end-to-end design execution.
Advanced expertise in Figma and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools such as Figma Slides and Keynote.
Proven ability to lead design strategy and execution across complex digital ecosystems, customer journeys, interaction models, and scalable design systems.
Experience conducting or collaborating on usability testing, synthesizing research insights, and translating findings into actionable design decisions.
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to connect user needs, brand objectives, and business strategy through innovative digital solutions.
Demonstrated leadership experience coaching, mentoring, and elevating UX/UI designers and multidisciplinary creative teams.
Ability to present and articulate design decisions through compelling, evidence-based narratives and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with product owners, engineers, strategists, and creative leadership to define requirements, prioritize workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies, with a working understanding of motion design and 3D.
Excellent communication, storytelling, organizational, and project management skills.
