AI/ML Engineer, Business, Data & AI

Niuro is hiring a senior AI/ML Engineer for a US tax software company that is building its data and AI capabilities. You will connect business problems with production ML and LLM solutions.

What you will do: partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs and data sources; build and integrate AI solutions with LLMs, RAG, MCP and internal enterprise data; develop predictive models and forecasting as the data platform evolves; design end-to-end data pipelines with high data quality, security and compliance.

Full-time, fully remote from Latin America, long-term contractor paid in USD.

6+ years in AI/ML engineering, data engineering or data science.

Hands-on LLM application work, especially RAG and/or MCP.

Strong AWS and cloud data architecture experience.

Traditional ML and predictive modeling, plus advanced SQL.

Experience handling PII or regulated data.

C1 English.
