Warehouse Keeper Technician

The Warehouse Analyst is a professional responsible for the efficient and effective management of the warehouse. This role involves overseeing all warehousing operations, from receiving and storing goods to order picking and shipping. The technician must have a solid understanding of warehousing procedures and safety regulations, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a clean and functional warehouse. General Mission or Objective of the Position: The primary objective of the Warehouse Keeper Technician is to ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and safely. This involves maintaining an accurate record of all stored goods, ensuring they are stored correctly to prevent damage and loss, and preparing and shipping orders in a timely manner. The Warehouse Keeper Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Tasks: 1. Oversee the receiving and storage of goods, ensuring they are stored safely and efficiently. 2. Maintain accurate records of all stored goods, including their location and condition. 3. Prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring timely and safe delivery. 4. Conduct regular inventories to guarantee the accuracy of stock records. 5. Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety regulations. 6. Identify and resolve any problems or discrepancies in warehousing operations. 7. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure supply chain efficiency. 8. Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. 9. Participate in the training and development of warehouse personnel.

Education Level and Knowledge: Technician or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field Skills, Experience, and Competencies: We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a similar role. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The candidate is expected to be proficient in warehouse safety management and have a meticulous approach to inventory management. The ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods is required.
