About the Role
We are looking for a Treasury Coordinator to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting Treasury and payment operations across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role combines hands-on treasury execution with process coordination, ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and financial control in a multi-country environment.
Role Purpose
The Treasury Coordinator ensures the effective execution and coordination of Treasury, Accounts Payable, and cash management activities across LATAM and the US.
The role plays a critical part in guaranteeing on-time payments, cash visibility, and strong internal controls, acting as an operational link between Treasury, Accounting, O2C teams, and external partners such as banks and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and execute Accounts Payable payment operations across LATAM and the US, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee daily cash positions, bank balances, and short-term cash forecasting for the Americas region.
• Act as first-level reviewer of payment runs, bank files, and approvals, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Support and coordinate Accounts Receivable operational activities, ensuring routines are completed on time.
• Execute and review intercompany payments, ensuring correct accounting and policy adherence.
• Maintain regular interaction with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth payment execution and issue resolution.
• Support month-end closing activities related to cash, AP, and treasury accounts.
• Monitor and manage corporate credit cards across LATAM, including reconciliations, limits, and policy compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to SOX and internal control requirements.
• Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the Regional SSC.

What We’re Looking For
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
• 6–10 years of experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
• Experience working in Shared Services Centers (SSC) or regional finance operations is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to multi-country Treasury processes across LATAM and/or the US.
Technical Knowledge
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP mandatory or strongly preferred).
• Solid knowledge of Treasury and banking platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of SOX and internal controls.
• Advanced English required (Portuguese is a strong plus).
