-Find and attract great talent through proactive headhunting that truly makes an impact.
-Own multi‑channel sourcing, keeping roles moving fast without sacrificing quality.
-Partner closely with hiring leaders to align on must‑haves and clear success profiles.
-Run focused pre‑screens and support competency interviews when needed, sharing sharp, meaningful feedback.

-English level B2 or higher, able to communicate clearly in professional settings.
-Intermediate Excel skills to track pipelines and basic recruiting metrics.
-Experience using recruitment platforms.
