**General Overview**
The Senior Talent Acquisition professional is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting highly qualified talent for the organization, ensuring that recruitment processes are efficient, strategic, and aligned with the company’s objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the labor market, advanced interviewing and candidate assessment skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to effectively meet talent needs.
**Mission / Overall Objective of the Role**
To ensure the successful onboarding of professionals who contribute to the company’s growth and success by implementing innovative recruitment strategies and managing the end-to-end selection process—from role definition to candidate onboarding—optimizing both time-to-hire and quality of hire.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Design and execute recruitment plans for key positions; manage job postings across multiple recruitment channels; conduct interviews and candidate assessments; coordinate selection processes with business leaders; maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline; analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous process improvement; and actively participate in employer branding initiatives to attract high-level talent.

**Requirements**
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Specialization or certification in recruitment, talent management, or related areas is desirable.
**Knowledge and Skills**
Advanced knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques.
Proficiency in ATS systems and digital recruitment platforms.
Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
Strong experience in active sourcing through multiple channels, especially LinkedIn.
Advanced communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and reports.
**Experience and Competencies**
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in senior or strategic roles.
Experience in both mass and specialized recruitment, with the ability to adapt searches from executive to operational profiles.
Ability to lead projects and coordinate work teams.
Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Strategic thinking and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
**Special Requirements**
Languages: Conversational English (non-negotiable); Portuguese is a plus.
Schedule flexibility to support global or international recruitment processes.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days remote, 2 days onsite).
Availability to work in Querétaro.
