About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst (Mid Level) to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting recruitment activities across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role is ideal for a hands on recruiter with solid sourcing experience and interest in regional, multi country hiring environments.
🎯 Role Purpose
Support end to end recruitment processes across the Americas, ensuring timely, efficient, and high quality hiring outcomes.
The Talent Acquisition Analyst plays a key execution role within the SSC, partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders while contributing to consistent service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Support end to end recruitment processes for roles across multiple countries in the Americas.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements and support sourcing strategies.
• Execute active sourcing activities using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Manage job postings across internal and external recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support the coordination of interview processes, feedback, and offer stages.
• Maintain and nurture regional talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Track and update recruitment activity in ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Support recruitment reporting and basic analysis (time to hire, pipeline status).
• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes within the SSC framework.

Requerimientos
✅ What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes in regional or multi country environments (Americas preferred).
• Exposure to both professional and operational profiles.
• Experience working with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and digital recruitment tools.

🌍 Languages & Additional Requirements
• English: Conversational to Advanced (required).
• Portuguese is a plus.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Querétaro.
• Flexibility to support regional recruitment activities across LATAM & US.
