We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support full‑cycle recruitment processes in a fast‑paced environment. This role is ideal for an early‑career recruiter with hands‑on experience in mass recruitment, strong organizational skills, and interest in developing expertise in sourcing and recruitment operations, particularly within industrial and manufacturing environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes for operational, technical, and professional roles.
Manage 25 to 30 open vacancies per month, primarily within mass recruitment projects.
Participate in high‑volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely follow‑up with candidates and hiring managers.
Perform active sourcing using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Publish job openings across multiple channels and screen candidate resumes.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate information in ATS / ERP systems.
Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Track recruitment progress and basic metrics (vacancy status, pipeline, time‑to‑fill).

Requerimientos
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Previous participation in mass recruitment processes.
Proven ability to manage high volumes of vacancies (25–30 per month).
Basic to intermediate experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and candidate attraction.
Familiarity with ATS or ERP‑supported recruitment processes is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, follow‑up discipline, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
**Additional Information**
English: Basic to conversational level preferred.
Work model: Hybrid (3 days remote / 2 days onsite).
Location: Querétaro.
Availability to support recruitment processes with tight deadlines.
