About the Role
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting sourcing and supply execution activities across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role focuses on operational sourcing execution, supplier coordination, and compliance with procurement strategies in a regional, multicultural environment.
Role Purpose
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for executing sourcing and supply processes in alignment with regional and global procurement strategies.
The role acts as a key interface between internal customers, category owners, and suppliers, ensuring timely, cost effective, and compliant sourcing execution while supporting process standardization within the SSC.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute sourcing and supply activities in line with regional and global procurement strategies.
• Act as the primary interface with suppliers on operational topics such as deliveries, volumes, and service levels.
• Collaborate closely with Regional and Global Category Owners to ensure alignment and compliance with sourcing strategies.
• Maintain active communication with internal stakeholders (Finance, SCM, Production, Quality, Controlling, Customs) to ensure cross functional alignment.
• Convert purchase requests into purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation in the ERP system.
• Maintain and update master data, source lists, and info records in SAP or similar ERP platforms.
• Monitor forecasts, allocations, and supply commitments together with SCM and category teams.
• Support cost optimization initiatives, considering total cost of ownership (TCO), delivery performance, and quality requirements.
• Manage supplier performance and claims, supporting continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery.
• Track and manage KPIs and metrics to monitor sourcing performance and drive operational improvements.
• Partner with Accounts Payable and suppliers to support timely resolution of payment related issues.
• Support the implementation of procurement tools and automation initiatives within sourcing processes.

Requerimientos
What We’re Looking For
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain operations.
• Experience working in regional or multi country environments is strongly preferred.
• Previous exposure to Shared Services Centers (SSC) is a plus.
Technical Knowledge
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP – advanced level).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Professional English required (written and spoken).

• Support sourcing and supply execution across LATAM and the United States.
• Daily interaction with regional and global category teams, suppliers, and SSC stakeholders.
• Participation in multi country sourcing and procurement processes.
• All locations will be based in Querétaro.
