About the Role
We are looking for a Senior P&C Operations Analyst to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting People & Culture operational processes across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role has regional ownership, strong execution responsibility, and acts as a key operational reference within the SSC.
Role Purpose
The Senior P&C Operations Analyst ensures accurate and timely execution of HR operational processes impacting payroll and employee benefits across multiple countries in the Americas.
The role focuses on end to end operational ownership, coordination with regional stakeholders, and consistent service delivery within the SSC model.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute HR operational processes impacting payroll and benefits for assigned countries across North America and Latin America.
• Process and oversee employee lifecycle transactions (hires, terminations, transfers, job changes), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a key operational contact for payroll and benefits related activities within the SSC.
• Prepare, validate, and review payroll inputs related to benefits, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Validate time and attendance data, including working hours and overtime records, prior to payroll processing.
• Coordinate operational communication with benefits vendors, payroll specialists, and internal stakeholders.
• Validate benefit vendor invoices, eligibility data, and benefit allocations.
• Support cost allocation and cost center distribution for benefits expenses.
• Actively support resolution of complex payroll and benefits inquiries escalated within the SSC.
• Ensure adherence to payroll calendars, SLAs, KPIs, and internal operational controls.
• Support audits and internal reviews related to payroll and HR operations.
• Provide operational guidance and backup support to other P&C Operations Analysts as needed.
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives within P&C Operations.

Requerimientos
What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Shared Services environments.
• Strong experience supporting multi country HR operations across the Americas.
• Solid knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, payroll input preparation, and benefits administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, and benefits systems.

Languages
• English: Advanced (daily regional communication).
• Spanish: Advanced (LATAM operational support).
• Portuguese is a plus.
