Role Purpose
The Procurement Analyst supports day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring that purchase orders, vendor data, and related transactions are executed accurately in the ERP system.
The role provides operational and analytical support to Buyers, helping ensure compliance with procurement policies, supplier requirements, and regional processes across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and cancel purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
- Support Buyers with operational, data processing, and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain and update pricing and procurement data in the system.
- Register vendors in procurement platforms and monitor supplier documentation and certifications.
- Track PO delivery dates and ensure goods receipts are posted correctly.
- Follow up with suppliers on urgent or exceptional deliveries.
- Support catalog and automation initiatives within procurement processes.
- Run procurement reports and perform follow-ups on open items.
- Support compliance activities, including supplier documentation tracking and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the financial closure of supplier-related issues or complaints.
