Position Purpose: Understand the product and ensure it meets the client’s needs either through standard functionality or customizations, while guaranteeing project quality. Responsibilities: The consultant must have experience in managing and designing Microsoft Dynamics business processes, demonstrating leadership, empathy, strong teamwork skills, extensive knowledge in process analysis, efficient resource management, a high sense of responsibility, goal-oriented performance, and the ability to plan, organize, direct, and control activities related to the position; Work with clients to understand their business needs and conduct improvement opportunity analyses; Lead a work team for the successful implementation of business solutions, ensuring the use of industry best practices; Guide the design, configuration, and testing of Dynamics; Communicate effectively at all levels within AlfaPeople and with the client; Validate project deliverables; Ensure implementation quality; Contribute to scope management, risk management, evaluation, and mitigation planning; Estimate project change requests; Support pre-sales activities; Contribute to the company’s growth and revenue generation by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Professional in Public Accounting, Economics or related fields; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementation projects with Dynamics F&O, focusing on financial modules; Senior Bilingual Consultant (English) with experience in Finance, financial/accounting modules and the Project module (desirable); Possess Microsoft certifications; Advanced English level C1 – C2.; Availability for travel is required.
