Niuro is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for a US fintech that funds small businesses. You will build AI systems that turn messy financial data and documents into structured data people can trust, automate underwriting, collections and support workflows, and operate those systems in production, measuring their real business impact.
Full-time · Fully remote · Monthly contract in USD.

Production software built and operated, mostly in Python and SQL.
Hands-on LLM work: structured outputs, tool use, evaluation, cost control.
AI systems used by real users, with evidence that they worked.
Cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Azure or Databricks.
Clear Spanish and English.
Nice to have: OCR, document processing, bank transaction data.
