About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a hands-on full-stack role focused on developing scalable solutions, creating rapid prototypes, and delivering innovative AI experiences using modern web technologies and agent-based architectures.

You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into production-ready AI solutions, combining software engineering expertise with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop production-grade applications using TypeScript, React, and SQL.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLM APIs.
• Build and iterate on full-stack prototypes and user-facing interfaces.
• Create and optimize prompts, context strategies, and agentic workflows.
• Design scalable architectures and maintainable systems.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve LLM performance through testing and metrics.
• Analyze data and contribute to technical decision-making around AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience designing Agentic AI Workflows and AI-driven applications.
• Solid understanding of system design, APIs, scalability, and software architecture.
• Experience evaluating AI model performance through testing frameworks and metrics.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience building testing and evaluation frameworks for LLMs.
• Knowledge of Python or Java for AI prototyping and data processing.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Experience leading AI/LLM initiatives end-to-end.

Important

• Must be available for daily overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST).
• Candidates should have owned or led AI/LLM projects, not only contributed to them.
• Front-end development experience is essential, as rapid prototyping is a key part of the role.
