As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to focus on U.S. recruitment and help us attract top talent in the 3PL logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively participate in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the 3PL logistics sector in the U.S.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Director to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions tailored to the logistics industry.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates by continuously sourcing and engaging with potential talent.
• Build a network with logistics professionals to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
• Work with the HR team on processing background checks, preparing offer letters, drafting agreements, and supporting onboarding when needed.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
• Conduct reference checks and assist in the onboarding process.
• Support recruitment events and initiatives to attract top talent in the 3PL logistics sector.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and promote a positive candidate experience.
• Manage daily and weekly reports for KPI performance tracking.

Requerimientos
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment, or relevant studies in organizational studies and talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, Business Management, or currently studying in a related field.
