Lead with Impact: Take ownership of projects or services, providing clear direction and actively guiding cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.
Drive Execution: Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle: from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.

At least 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
Experience and knowledge in using generative AI tools.
A sense of urgency regarding what is important versus what is urgent.
Ability to resolve roadblocks and get things done.
General understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI).
Proven ability to stay highly organized, prioritize effectively, and ensure teams remain focused on critical objectives.
Proven experience in delegating tasks appropriately to maximize team efficiency and drive results.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and support others in doing the same.
Ability to think strategically and take initiative, with excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
Experience working in a distributed, multicultural, and highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
Proficiency in collaboration tools and IT project management techniques.
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities by understanding customer needs and proposing relevant solutions to be handed off to the sales team.
