Project Developer

Responsibilities: - Conduct technical reviews of roofing systems and construction projects to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations - Validate system components, including uplift calculations, fastening patterns, and material compatibility - Review and verify construction drawings, technical specifications, and submittals before project execution - Ensure alignment between project scope, design, and execution requirements - Manage and track permitting processes across multiple U.S. states, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations - Coordinate with municipalities, counties, and local authorities to obtain approvals and prevent delays - Identify and resolve constructability issues prior to project kickoff - Perform technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies - Coordinate with estimating, production, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project readiness - Verify material compliance, availability, and delivery timelines before construction begins - Maintain accurate documentation for permits, approvals, and technical records - Act as a technical liaison between office and field operations
