We are looking for a Product Owner passionate about technology, innovation, and education, who will lead the definition, prioritization, and continuous evolution of our digital educational products.

This role is strategic and impact-driven, ensuring that product initiatives deliver real value to students, families, and internal teams, while aligning business goals, academic needs, and technical execution.

🧷Key responsibilities
· Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, academic teams, and the technology development team.
· Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, aligned with strategic and academic objectives.
· Write clear, measurable, and technically feasible user stories, including well-defined acceptance criteria.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies using the Scrum framework, adapted to Genuine School’s operating context.
· Collaborate closely with developers and designers to plan, execute, test, and deploy new features.
· Ensure proper implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of delivered solutions.
· Leverage data and product analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
· Stay up to date with Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, and LLM-based solutions, applying them strategically to enhance educational and operational processes.
· Actively participate in technical, architectural, and DevOps-related decisions alongside the engineering team.
· Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous delivery.

📑 Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Hands-on understanding of cloud computing and deployments on AWS and Azure.
· Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) ecosystems and Generative AI capabilities applied to product strategy.
· Comfortable reading and scripting in Python for rapid prototyping, data workflows, and experimentation.
· Solid understanding of modern mobile application development, either native (iOS/Android) or cross-platform frameworks.
· Experience in data structuring and analytics, preferably building Power BI dashboards and working with high-volume datasets.
