About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Enablement Team Lead to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) enablement, e procurement systems, and process optimization across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role plays a key part in driving process standardization, system adoption, and efficiency within regional procurement operations.
Role Purpose
The Procurement Enablement Team Lead is responsible for driving the enhancement and effective utilization of P2P systems, including e procurement platforms, ERP tools, and travel & expense solutions, across the Americas.
The role focuses on regional enablement, continuous improvement, and change management, ensuring procurement processes are streamlined, automated, and aligned with SSC service delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional P2P enablement initiatives across LATAM and the US, ensuring effective system adoption and usage.
- Drive continuous improvement of e procurement and sourcing to settlement processes, supporting centralized and automated models.
- Collaborate with business and procurement teams to optimize guided buying and catalog management within ERP and travel booking tools.
- Act as a regional point of contact to collect user feedback, identify pain points, and translate them into system or process enhancements.
- Streamline end to end P2P workflows, reducing administrative effort and increasing efficiency and compliance.
- Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to track SSC efficiency, adoption, and performance.
- Promote automation and standardization, supporting a scalable regional SSC operating model.
- Lead change management and training activities, including documentation, work instructions, and regional knowledge sharing.
- Partner cross functionally with Procurement, Finance, IT, and SSC teams to ensure alignment during system rollouts and enhancements.
- Support supplier enablement initiatives, increasing spend under management and adoption of e channels.
