About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting procurement operations and purchase-to-pay activities across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to gain regional exposure in a structured SSC environment.
Role Purpose
The Procurement Analyst supports day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring that purchase orders, vendor data, and related transactions are executed accurately in the ERP system.
The role provides operational and analytical support to Buyers, helping ensure compliance with procurement policies, supplier requirements, and regional processes across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, modify, and cancel purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
• Support Buyers with operational, data processing, and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain and update pricing and procurement data in the system.
• Register vendors in procurement platforms and monitor supplier documentation and certifications.
• Track PO delivery dates and ensure goods receipts are posted correctly.
• Follow up with suppliers on urgent or exceptional deliveries.
• Support catalog and automation initiatives within procurement processes.
• Run procurement reports and perform follow-ups on open items.
• Support compliance activities, including supplier documentation tracking and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the financial closure of supplier-related issues or complaints.

What We’re Looking For
Education
• Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, or related fields.
Experience
• 0–1 year of experience in procurement, operations, or administrative support roles.
• Internship or entry-level experience in procurement or supply chain is a plus.
• Interest in working in a regional SSC environment.
Technical Knowledge
• Basic to intermediate experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• English and Spanish required (professional level).
Skills & Competencies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a process-driven environment.
• Service-oriented mindset aligned with SSC service delivery models.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills with internal teams and suppliers.
• Willingness to learn and develop within procurement operations.

Regional Scope
• Support procurement operations across LATAM and the United States.
• Interaction with regional Buyers, suppliers, and SSC stakeholders.
• Exposure to multi-country procurement processes within the Americas.
• All locations will be based in Querétaro.
