This position is responsible for tracking and monitoring the shipment operations of warehouse and distribution centers, verify shipment details and ensure clear and accurate specifics. A Planner must have excellent communication and organizational skills, especially on data processing procedures and updating product information on the systems accordantly. Top tasks & responsibilities: 1. Proactively and efficiently, identify warehouses requirements and communicate them to CSRs to schedule shipments accordingly. Keep TMS updated to provide a complete visibility about the schedule, covering essential operation steps with the use of pre-built templates. 2. Pre-tracking, following up on active shipments. Keep CSR and TMS updates with changes on container. 3. Identify market situations, through terminals, SSLs and /or vendors briefings, identifying outcomes to feed Sales and Control tower. 4. Email management identifying situations and solutions, aiming to have an efficient and effective planning with a 360 approach. 5. HCC´s Advisory, identify potential HCCs, while providing solutions to prevent or avoid them. Escalate them to the area involve (CSR or Sales) if necessary.

1. One year of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, international business, industrial engineering or similar. A technical diploma and 2.5 years of relevant experience could be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. 2. At least 6 months' experience in client service roles. 3. Advanced English is required. 4. Verbal and written communication skills 5. Experience in Microsoft or G-Suit is required. 6. Proactive, detail oriented and analytic person. 7. Enthusiastic to build a career within the logistics industry.
