Premier Group is seeking a Permit Coordinator with strong administrative, compliance, and communication skills to support permit and licensing processes for construction projects across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
This role is responsible for managing permit records, coordinating documentation, following up with cities and counties, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams, clients, and local authorities.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating in English in both written and verbal settings, as this role involves frequent calls with U.S. cities, counties, and direct client interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and keep permit, renewal, and license records updated.
- Coordinate permit processes across different U.S. states while working with multiple teams to meet deadlines.
- Review documentation, follow up proactively, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate communication with clients, Project Managers, legal teams, and local authorities in the U.S.
- Request inspections, register them in the CRM, and schedule them in calendars.
- Manage payments and track all permit- and license-related expenses.
- Maintain a database with all permit applications, including status, observations, approvals, and rejection reasons.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Construction team to ensure all required documentation is submitted correctly and on time.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in office-based or field-based roles related to permitting, document management, regulatory compliance, or administrative coordination.
- Advanced English is mandatory, with strong professional verbal and written communication skills. This role requires frequent calls with U.S. cities and counties, as well as direct communication with clients.
- Experience in document management, regulatory compliance, or administrative coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, plus digital tools such as CRM systems.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting construction-related permit processes.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and handling follow-ups in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with U.S. permit workflows is a plus.
