Support the end-to-end recruitment process across different regions worldwide, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination.
Lead and support selection processes for SENA (Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje).
Actively source talent globally through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and support candidate assessments.
Maintain and update candidate information in our ATS, ensuring accurate and organized records.
Support the Office Manager with day-to-day office operations.
Help coordinate and execute office events, team gatherings, and internal activities.
Support the planning and execution of employee wellness initiatives and activities.
Collaborate with the People team on internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

Requerimientos

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Passionate about people, talent, technology, and growth.
Strong interest in recruitment, selection, and the employee experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiasm for startup culture and dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
Creative and enthusiastic about organizing events and wellness activities.
A team player who enjoys connecting with people and creating a positive workplace experience.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or other recruitment tools is a plus.
Interest in internal communications, employer branding, and people engagement is a plus.
