About the Role
We are looking for a P&C Operations Supervisor to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting People & Culture operations across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role is key to ensuring consistent service delivery, operational governance, and payroll process coordination in a multi‑country SSC environment.
Role Purpose
The P&C Operations Supervisor oversees payroll and People & Culture operational activities across the Americas SSC, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled execution of payroll processes across multiple countries.
The role focuses on operational supervision, service delivery, internal controls, and process standardization, while partnering closely with regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate payroll and People & Culture operational processes within the Regional SSC Americas.
Supervise Payroll Specialists and P&C Operations Analysts supporting North America and Latin America.
Ensure payroll execution aligns with regional governance frameworks, payroll calendars, and SSC service standards.
Oversee payroll operational workflows related to employee lifecycle events (hires, terminations, transfers, compensation changes).
Ensure payroll accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis prior to payroll finalization.
Maintain strong payroll operational controls, including segregation of duties and documentation standards.
Ensure payroll service delivery according to defined SLAs and KPIs between Shared Services and regional HR teams.
Coordinate operational interfaces with payroll vendors and HRIS/payroll systems to ensure data integrity.
Support internal and external payroll audits, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
Promote operational continuity through cross‑regional backup structures across the Americas.
Ensure confidentiality and protection of employee payroll data in line with internal data protection standards.

Requerimientos
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree completed.
6–10 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Shared Services environments.
Proven experience coordinating multi‑country payroll operations within an SSC model.
Strong knowledge of payroll controls, governance, and audit processes.
Experience working with payroll vendors and multiple payroll systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar).

Spanish: Advanced (daily operational communication in LATAM).
Portuguese: Desired (support for Brazil payroll operations).
