About the Role
We are looking for a P&C Operations Analyst to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting People & Culture operational processes across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role focuses on HR operations execution, data accuracy, and coordination of payroll and benefits related activities in a multi country SSC environment.
Role Purpose
The P&C Operations Analyst supports day to day HR operational processes impacting payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accurate employee data, timely payroll inputs, and consistent service delivery across North America and Latin America.
The role is operational and execution focused, with strong exposure to regional HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, terminations, transfers, and job changes across the Americas.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems used as input for payroll and benefits processes.
• Support operational activities related to employee benefits, including medical plans, insurance programs, and regional benefit offerings.
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs related to benefits, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Validate time and attendance data, including working hours and overtime records, in line with payroll calendars.
• Coordinate operational communication with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Validate benefit vendor invoices by reviewing eligibility and benefit allocations.
• Support cost allocation and cost center distribution for benefit expenses.
• Assist in resolving payroll and benefits inquiries from employees, managers, and P&C Business Partners.
• Provide operational backup support within the Shared Services team as required.
• Ensure adherence to SSC service delivery standards, internal controls, and data confidentiality requirements.

Requerimientos
What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Shared Services environments.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, payroll input preparation, and benefits administration.
• Exposure to multi country HR operations across the Americas is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, and benefits systems.
