Our purpose is Lighting the Road: we help customers move their freight with clarity, support, and confidence. We’re growing our Operations team and looking for an OTR Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of every shipment. What You’ll Do: Track and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams. Coordinate with carriers and resolve operational issues. Identify risks and act quickly to prevent disruptions. Maintain accurate updates in systems and reports. Build strong relationships through consistent follow-up and service. What We’re Looking For: Experience in logistics operations, dispatch, or customer service (OTR is a plus). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail. English level B2.
