A multinational company is looking for a Operations Supervisor - Global Payroll to oversee multi-country payroll and jurisdictions including Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, United States, Mexico and Canada and operational processes supporting a global organization.
This role focuses on day-to-day payroll operations, team supervision, process control, and service delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across multiple countries.
**Key Responsibilities**
Supervise payroll and P&C operational activities for multiple countries.
Coordinate and support payroll specialists and HR operations analysts.
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to payroll calendars and SLAs.
Oversee employee lifecycle transactions impacting payroll (hires, terminations, changes).
Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Ensure proper operational controls and segregation of duties.
Coordinate payroll activities with external vendors and HR systems.
Support payroll audits and ensure documentation and compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
Escalate operational issues and support continuous process improvements.

Requerimientos
Bachelor’s degree completed.
6–10 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
Experience supporting multi-country or regional payroll processes.
Previous experience supervising operational teams.
Knowledge of payroll controls, compliance, and audit support.
Experience working with payroll vendors and HR systems.
Skills
Advanced English (mandatory).
Spanish (advanced); Portuguese (desirable).
Advanced Excel.
Experience with ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, BUK, or similar.
