A multinational organization is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support global payroll operations across multiple countries and regions.
This role is responsible for executing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong payroll controls while supporting multi-country payroll environments and working closely with HR teams and external payroll providers.
**Key Responsibilities**
Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries across different regions.
Perform payroll calculations including salaries, overtime, bonuses, taxes, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Ensure payroll compliance with local labor, tax, and statutory regulations.
Validate payroll input data related to employee lifecycle events (hires, terminations, changes).
Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and validation controls prior to payroll finalization.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in payroll systems.
Prepare payroll reports and required statutory documentation.
Support internal and external payroll audits.
Provide operational backup and support for other global payroll processes.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are met.

Requerimientos
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree completed.
6–8 years of experience in payroll operations.
Proven experience in multi-country or regional payroll environments.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory compliance.
Experience working with payroll vendors and multiple payroll systems.
High attention to detail and ability to work under tight payroll deadlines.
*Technical Skills and Languages**
Advanced English (mandatory).
Spanish (advanced).
Portuguese (desirable).
Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Experience with HRIS / Payroll systems such as: ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, BUK or similar platforms.
Experience with Time & Attendance systems.
