About the role
We are looking for a Mid Level Accounting Analyst to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting accounting processes across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role provides hands-on regional exposure and close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.
Role Purpose
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting records, supporting month-end close activities, and delivering reliable financial information for multiple countries across the Americas.
The role focuses on execution, analysis, and coordination within a regional SSC operating model.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in monthly accounting close activities within the Regional SSC.
• Prepare trial balances, management reports, and analytical Excel files to support regional financial analysis.
• Perform and review accounting postings in ERP systems (SAP / Softland / LN), ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies.
• Support Fixed Assets processes, including capitalization analysis, depreciation calculations, and accounting adjustments in line with corporate guidance.
• Perform analysis of CAPEX (filler and non filler) in coordination with FP&A teams.
• Support fixed assets reporting into corporate reporting platforms.
• Coordinate closely with external accounting service providers for assigned countries within the Americas, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as required.
• Collaborate with regional teams across LATAM and the United States in a multicultural, matrixed environment.

Requerimientos
What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles (mid level / pleno).
• Experience supporting Shared Services Centers (SSC) or multi country accounting environments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Softland, LN or similar).
