As a Marketing Operations Team Leader, you will encounter exciting challenges in this role:
- Lead and optimize the operational processes that support the Marketing team’s performance and scalability.
- Manage and enhance CRM and marketing automation platforms, primarily Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Design and implement automated workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance indicators that support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of marketing and sales data.
- Lead initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies to improve marketing operations.
