Marketing Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do? - Generate and qualify high-quality leads using data and automation tools. - Ensure efficient use of lead generation platforms and credits. - Partner closely with Sales to follow up on leads and measure conversion impact. - Manage lead data and reporting within our CRM to drive continuous optimization.

What We’re Looking For - At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, or lead generation roles. - Experience managing and analyzing lead databases. - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. - Intermediate Excel skills; Salesforce experience is a plus. - Ability to work autonomously, follow up proactively, and take initiative. - Advanced English reading and writing skills (spoken English not required).
