Ltl Coordinator Jr

Talento is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations LTL Specialist to support daily Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing carrier communication, tracking freight movement, and ensuring high service levels for customers. The ideal candidate has experience in LTL logistics or freight brokerage and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage daily LTL shipments from pickup to delivery • Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations • Track shipments proactively and provide real-time status updates • Schedule pickups, deliveries, and appointments with carriers and warehouses • Resolve shipment issues such as delays, reconsignments, damages, or missed deliveries • Negotiate rates and secure carrier capacity when needed • Update TMS systems with accurate shipment and tracking information • Review freight invoices and accessorial charges for accuracy • Ensure shipments meet customer service expectations and transit requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in LTL operations, freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics coordination • Strong understanding of LTL shipping processes and carrier networks • Experience using TMS platforms and logistics software • Excellent communication and multitasking skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel • English proficiency required (B2–C1 preferred) Personality / Soft Skills • Proactive and solution-oriented • Strong sense of urgency and accountability • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Calm under pressure and able to prioritize tasks effectively • Team player with a customer-service mindset • Reliable and adaptable in dynamic environments
