We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead Generator & Executive Assistant to support our growing healthcare company. This role is primarily focused on lead generation and appointment setting, while also providing administrative support to the company’s President.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with large volumes of data and outreach activities in a fast-paced environment. Think of this role as part detective, part relationship starter, and part calendar wizard.
Lead Generation & Outreach
• Research and identify potential healthcare prospects from provided lead lists.
• Use platforms such as ZoomInfo and Apollo.io to find and verify contact information, including emails and phone numbers.
• Accurately input and maintain prospect information in the company CRM system.
• Send personalized outbound emails to prospects introducing the company’s services.
• Manage high-volume outreach efforts, with an expectation of sending at least 50 individualized emails per day.
• Ensure all outreach is manually personalized and not AI-generated bulk messaging.
• Track responses and update lead statuses within the CRM.
• Transfer qualified or interested leads to the appropriate sales representative for follow-up conversations and closing.
• Schedule introductory meetings or appointments when prospects show interest.
• Manage and coordinate the President’s calendar and daily schedule.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.
• Help organize priorities, reminders, and administrative tasks.
• Support communication follow-ups and general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, executive assistance, or administrative support.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting platforms is preferred.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.
