Junior Us Recruiter

We are looking for professionals with Healthcare Customer Service experience who are interested in building a long-term career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition supporting the U.S. healthcare market. Key Responsibilities: • Source and screen qualified candidates for healthcare roles in the U.S • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups • Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers • Build and maintain a strong healthcare talent pipeline • Support candidate engagement and salary negotiations

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in U.S. recruitment, Healthcare Customer Service, Internships in Recruitment, or related areas • Experience recruiting people who work with medical devices, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in general • Science-related degree - preferred • Intermediate to Advanced English (mandatory)
