About the Role
We are looking for a Jr. Organizational Development Analyst to join the Talent & Culture function within a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) of a multinational organization.
This is an operational and transactional role with strong exposure to regional people processes across the Americas (LATAM & United States).
Role Purpose
Support the execution and administration of Organizational Development (OD) processes across the Americas, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution of global people initiatives.
The role focuses on operational excellence, coordination, and reporting within a regional SSC environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support training and compliance tracking for mandatory programs and soft skills initiatives across LATAM and the United States, ensuring completion and accurate follow up.
• Maintain data integrity and employee records within internal HR platforms, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Provide operational and administrative support during performance management and 360° feedback cycles, including survey launches, participation tracking, and logistics.
• Support the execution of regional recognition, engagement, and organizational climate initiatives.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports related to training completion, performance cycles, and OD KPIs for regional stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SSC service delivery standards, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Talent & Culture stakeholders across LATAM and the United States in a multicultural, matrixed environment.

Requerimientos
What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or Organizational Development roles.
• Minimum of 6 months of internship or early career experience specifically in Organizational Development.
• Exposure to regional or multi country HR processes is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with HRIS or LMS platforms is desirable.
• Experience working in structured, process driven environments.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Solid organizational and follow up skills.
• Proactive, service oriented mindset aligned with SSC operations.
• Ability to manage transactional activities while meeting deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with regional teams.

Regional Scope
• Support Organizational Development processes for LATAM and United States.
• Interaction with regional and global Talent & Culture stakeholders.
• Position based in Querétaro, operating within a Regional SSC.
Languages & Additional Requirements
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) – required for meetings, reporting, and regional collaboration.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Querétaro.
• Flexibility to support regional people processes across the Americas.
