About the Role
We are looking for a Jr. Organizational Development Analyst to join the Talent & Culture function within a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) of a multinational organization.
This is an operational and transactional role with strong exposure to regional people processes across the Americas (LATAM & United States).
Role Purpose
Support the execution and administration of Organizational Development (OD) processes across the Americas, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution of global people initiatives.
The role focuses on operational excellence, coordination, and reporting within a regional SSC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support training and compliance tracking for mandatory programs and soft skills initiatives across LATAM and the United States, ensuring completion and accurate follow up.
- Maintain data integrity and employee records within internal HR platforms, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Provide operational and administrative support during performance management and 360° feedback cycles, including survey launches, participation tracking, and logistics.
- Support the execution of regional recognition, engagement, and organizational climate initiatives.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports related to training completion, performance cycles, and OD KPIs for regional stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SSC service delivery standards, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with Talent & Culture stakeholders across LATAM and the United States in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
