About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to boost your career in a global environment? We are seeking a Jr. OD Analyst to join our Talent & Culture team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our organizational development operations, ensuring our people processes run smoothly, our data remains impeccable, and global compliance standards are met.
This is a transactional and operational role with high visibility and significant growth potential within our international structure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training & Compliance Management: Track mandatory compliance training and soft skills programs. Ensure 100% completion rates across the organization.
• Data Integrity & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records within our internal platforms.
• Performance & 360° Cycles: Provide administrative support during performance appraisal cycles, including 360° feedback logistics, survey launches, and participation tracking.
• Recognition & Engagement Programs: Support the execution of global recognition initiatives, organizational climate surveys, and internal talent studies.
• Reporting & KPIs: Generate weekly and monthly reports on training progress, performance completion, and OD metrics for regional leadership.

Requerimientos
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in HR/OD. A minimum of 6 months of specialized internship experience specifically in Organizational Development.
• Language Skills: Advanced English (C1 level or higher). Must be able to lead meetings, write professional reports, and collaborate with global stakeholders in English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with HRIS or LMS platforms is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Special attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
