About the Role
We are looking for a Jr. P&C Operations Analyst to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting People & Culture operational processes across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This is a junior, operational role focused on execution, coordination, and data accuracy within a regional SSC environment.
Role Purpose
The Jr. P&C Operations Analyst supports day to day HR, payroll, and benefits operational activities, ensuring accurate employee data, proper documentation, and timely support to regional processes.
The role is transactional and execution focused, providing exposure to multi country HR operations across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
• Support employee documentation management and digitalization within HR systems.
• Collect, organize, and maintain employee documentation required for HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
• Support employee onboarding documentation, including benefits enrollment forms.
• Assist with operational activities related to employee benefits (medical plans, insurance programs, voucher based benefits).
• Support operational processing of regional benefits such as food, grocery, and fuel vouchers.
• Update employee information and documentation in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with preparation and validation of payroll input data.
• Support payroll teams during payroll preparation and processing cycles.
• Assist with operational coordination with benefits vendors and service providers.
• Maintain document control and support payroll and benefits audit documentation.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the People & Culture Operations team.
• Ensure compliance with SSC service delivery standards, internal controls, and confidentiality requirements.

Requerimientos
What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, administrative support, or Shared Services environments.
• Experience supporting HR documentation management and operational HR processes is preferred.
• Basic exposure to payroll or benefits processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with HRIS or document management systems is desirable.

• Position based in Querétaro, supporting the Americas region.
Languages
• Spanish: Advanced.
• English: Basic to Intermediate (operational communication).
• Portuguese is a plus.
