** Mission of the Role **
We are looking for someone who wants to start their career in Legal by working directly on real business operations.
This role combines execution and learning. It is not an observation role: you will actively contribute to moving legal work forward while understanding how to better structure processes.
You will work closely with the legal team and other areas, in an environment where many things are still being built.
You are not expected to know everything from day one, but you are expected to learn fast and help make things happen.

** Responsibilities **
Corporate governance
Support the incorporation of new entities
Prepare corporate documents (minutes, powers of attorney, etc.)
Coordinate directly with notaries and follow up on related processes
Legal Ops and process improvement
Identify disorder in current processes and help structure them
Propose simple improvements to increase operational efficiency
Participate in automation initiatives (contracts, onboarding, legal tools)
Compliance and regulatory (AML / KYC / KYB)
Support the review of KYB/KYC files
Collaborate on compliance-related activities with CNBV and UIF
Day-to-day legal operations
Draft, review, and follow up on commercial and operational contracts
Support amendments and contractual updates
Provide support to the commercial team on client onboarding and NDAs
Tracking and control
Provide visibility on the status of legal matters
Support basic tracking of response times and operational workload
** Profile & Requirements **
1–2 years of experience in a law firm, notary, or financial/fintech company
Basic experience drafting contracts or corporate documents
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to balance quality and speed
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-legal teams
Proactive attitude and curiosity to understand how the business works beyond legal theory
Ability to organize and prioritize in environments with multiple tasks
Comfortable working in contexts where not everything is fully defined (with guidance)
- This is a Spanish speaking role with english proficiency required -
** Nice to have: **
- Corporate law, financial regulation (LRITF, LFPIORPI), and/or fintech experience or interest
- Legal tech tools (CLM, contract automation, AI)
