We are looking for a Java Developer Manager with experience in technical leadership and team management, so the required experience is not only measured in years of programming, but also in the ability to lead projects and people.

Job Requirements : Technical experience in Java: 8-10 years working with the language and frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, microservices, and distributed architectures. Leadership experience: 3 + years coordinating and managing teams, either as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with ownership of product deliveries decision making and direct client face experience. Project management experience: participation in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and in technical and strategic decision-making. English Skills: English must be conversational must be able to clearly communicate with business stakeholders and global team effective and communication requirement. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins). Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
