General IT User Support

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure roles.
Strong knowledge of:

Active Directory & Domain Management
Windows Operating Systems
Networking fundamentals
Office 365 Administration

Experience handling ticketing systems and incident management.
Knowledge of Cisco tools is a plus.
Experience in inventory control and asset management.
Experience with network printers and email configuration.

Strong service attitude and customer focus.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving (root cause analysis).
Ability to adapt to cultural and organizational changes.
Good communication skills.
