Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in the sales process by providing support to existing customers, preparing accurate and competitive quotations, and acting as an escalation point for customer inquiries.
Top 5 tasks & responsibilities:
1. Quotes Preparation Analyze customer inquiries and requests for quotes and prepare detailed and accurate quotes for existing customers.
2. Escalation Point: Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
3. Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
4. Timely Response: Meet or exceed established timelines for quotes delivery.
5. Sales Strategy to grow, maintain and recover existing accounts.
6. Ad-hoc assignments.

Requerimientos
Required Skills, Education & Experience
• Bachelor´s diploma in business, marketing, sales, supply chain, logistics or related.
• 2 years experience in logistic related fields and at least 1 in sales.
• Skill at using mental reasoning or research to gain insight into or solve problems.
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills, especially Microsoft office.
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
• Advanced English is required.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
