Job Description: Indirect Purchasing – HR
Job Objective
Manage and optimize the acquisition of indirect goods and services related to the Human Resources area (training, recruitment, consulting, benefits, wellness services, etc.), ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.
Manage and optimize the acquisition of indirect goods and services related to the Purchasing area (general services, consulting, supplies, maintenance, logistics, invoicing, etc.), ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Main Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers of indirect goods and services.
Request, analyze, and compare quotes to guarantee the best commercial terms.
Negotiate contracts, prices, service levels, and payment terms.
Manage purchasing processes from the initial request to the issuance of purchase orders and final delivery.
Coordinate with different internal departments to understand needs and ensure appropriate acquisitions. • Monitor supplier performance and track quality and delivery times.
Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and legal regulations in acquisitions.
Prepare reports on expenses, savings, cost-benefit analysis, and operational efficiency.
Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization projects for purchasing processes.
