• 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist o similar positions.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in HR management systems and related technology tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Computer skills: Advanced Microsoft Office.
