Responsibilities
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
-Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
-Manage the recruitment and selection process.
-Drive learning and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and implementing training, mentoring, and leadership development programs.
-Support organizational development and change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during growth, restructuring, or transformation initiatives.

Requerimientos
You're our perfect candidate IF:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration (ADE), Psychology, Human Resources, Laws or a related field.
- You have +5 years of experience leading HR teams and managing end-to-end people processes.
- You are fluent in English (C1 level) and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
- You have solid expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- You have a strategic mindset with a growth-oriented attitude and strong business vision.
- You are highly organized, punctual, and professional, with strong attention to detail.
-You have a dynamic, energetic personality with the ability to engage and inspire both in-person and virtually. 馃槉
