About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Finance & Sourcing Operations to lead a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, overseeing finance and sourcing operations across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for regional service delivery, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.
Role Purpose
The Head of Finance & Sourcing Operations is responsible for defining and executing the regional operational strategy for finance and sourcing services delivered through the SSC.
The role ensures end to end service delivery, strong governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement across multi country operations in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide regional leadership for Finance and Sourcing Operations within the Shared Services Center.
• Define and execute the service delivery model for finance, accounting, controlling, FP&A, and sourcing operations across the Americas.
• Lead and develop multiple operational teams and managers, ensuring capability building and succession planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of accounting, closing, and reporting processes in line with corporate standards.
• Oversee regional compliance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the SSC.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Act as a senior partner to regional and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment between SSC services and business needs.
• Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and capacity optimization.
• Lead transformation initiatives and shape new ways of working across Finance & Sourcing Operations.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex operational, service, and stakeholder issues.

Requerimientos
What we’re looking for
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or similar environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi country, multi team operations.
• Strong background in Shared Services Center (SSC) models and regional service delivery.
• Solid knowledge of accounting, financial operations, internal controls, and governance.
• Experience driving large scale transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and solid exposure to ERP systems (SAP or similar).

Languages
• English: Advanced (regional and global leadership communication).
• Spanish is required for regional leadership.
• German is a plus.
