- Layout book covers, introductions, and prepare files for print cleanup.
- Collaborate with writers and content providers to translate stories into visually appealing designs.
- Prepare files optimized for both digital distribution and print production.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color, imagery, and overall branding across spreads.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine layouts and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain knowledge of current design trends and best practices for publishing.

- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing layout and print/digital projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Suite tools.
- Experience preparing files for professional printing and digital publishing.
- Strong attention to detail, layout balance, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
