About the Role
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting financial planning, analysis, and management reporting activities across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role provides strong exposure to regional finance processes and close interaction with controllers and finance teams across multiple countries.
Role Purpose
The FP&A Analyst supports management planning and decision-making by delivering accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights.
The role focuses on month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and mid-term planning, contributing to standardized FP&A processes within a Regional SSC environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support financial and management reporting for month-end closings, forecasts, budgets, and mid-term planning across the Americas region.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and performance dashboards used by regional and functional stakeholders.
• Maintain and further develop FP&A reporting tools and templates, supporting process standardization within the SSC.
• Provide analytical support to regional finance teams and business controllers across LATAM and the US.
• Assist with variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad hoc financial requests related to regional projects.
• Prepare presentations, memos, and management materials for regional finance leadership.
• Collaborate with finance teams in multicultural, matrix environments across the Americas.
• Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to FP&A processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, reporting efficiency, and process optimization.

Requerimientos
What We’re Looking For
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Analysis roles.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country finance processes is a strong plus.
• Previous exposure to Shared Services Centers (SSC) or centralized finance environments is desirable.
Technical Knowledge
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Advanced English required (professional and conversational).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is a plus.
• Power BI or reporting tools experience is considered a plus.
