Financial Planning Analyst

Position Summary The FP&A Analyst plays a crucial role in developing and managing financial planning processes, including budgeting, reporting, running projections across various scenarios, and analyzing variable compensation. This role involves preparing, updating, and overseeing financial reports, as well as conducting in-depth initial analyses to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Furthermore, the FP&A Analyst is responsible for calculating variable compensation based on the company’s financial performance. Top 5 tasks & responsibilities: - Reviewing and providing an initial analyzing of the financial statements and reports. - Assisting with budgeting and monthly closing processes. - Understanding key business drivers. - Developing and updating financial reports - To create reports and initial data analysis to facilitate decision making. - To bring insights and run projections to complement strategic thinking and analysis. - To Participate in different projects in the finance area. - Variable compensation calculation.

Required Skills, Education & Experience · Master´s degree or Bachelor´s in Finance, Mathematics, or related fields. · With at least 2.5 years of experience as a Finance Analyst, budgeting and reporting, Planning & Analyst (or related roles) – or 4 years of relevant experience in finance. · Strong analytics and finance skills to collect, organize, and analyze data. · English level: B2. · Working knowledge of financial strategies and financial planning. · Proficiency in Excel. · Industry knowledge is a plus.
